We learned many precious teaching experiences by practicing teaching in the Stratalk summer camp.
I appreciated Ms. Tian and Ms. Wang's observations, participation, and suggestions very much.
The time control was always our problems since we did not have many experience. Hence, as the last teacher of today, I had to cancel all my activities and conclude today's course by asking questions.
I could not teach fluently though I've taught for 3 years.
I think it's because I was too nervous while I spoke English in class so I worried that the students could not understand my instructions.
Next time, I will pay more attention on my routine and positive words and make every student have chance to join the activity of answering questions.
After the lesson plan reflection, I can find my lack of teaching, and I believe I can be a very good teacher.
