Language Acquisition Theories and Instructional Practices

I've studied elementary teacher program when I was in college so I knew some education theories about Piaget, Skinner, Bloom, and Gardner etc.
Nevertheless, when Mr. Brown introduced us some instructional practices such as Kolb, SQ3R, fish bowl, and RT, I was so amazing that there were so many teaching strategies and activities that we could use no matter for children or adults.
I'd love to introduce and share these theories and practices to Taiwanese teachers and use them in my teaching.
