I am not a profession or an expert, but I think I can be one of them through thinking, reflecting, and experiences accumulating.
That's why I had my education philosophy textbook evaluation, proposed action research plan and learning logs here.
In the education philosophy, I tried to give the definition of being an educator and how to integrated 5Cs standards to teaching. 
In textbook evaluation, Hsiou-Han and I co-worked to evaluate the textbook "乘風漢語" with the textbook evaluation form.
In proposed action research plan, I tried to resolved a problem about classroom management and teaching strategies.
In my learning logs, I chose some of them to present what I have learned, the culture differences between Taiwan and America, and some new words.
Hopefully, I can gain as much as I can and be a good learner.
